Tommy Hudson Oct. 29, 1931- Oct. 12, 2005 REXTON, NB - It is with heartfelt regret that we announce the passing of (Mechanic) Tommy Hudson of Rexton, NB. Tommy worked in the Rexton area for 46 years, loved boxing, enjoyed a good story and was a close friend to countless. Born in South Branch, he was the youngest child of Mary (McDonald) and Fred Hudson. Tommy is survived by his wife of 53 years, Catherine (McDonald) together they raised nine children; five daughters, Joanne Turner (Jim), Paula Vautour (Arisse), Betty Comeau (Valery), Ginny Richard (Gerald), Lisa Wilson (Mark); four sons, Tom, Jack (Jean), Donny (Alice), and Terry (Barb). He also leaves behind 26 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and two sisters, Frances Pinet-Cail and Emily-Jean Wells. Predeceased by sisters Mildred Savoie, Lucretia McLaughlin, Bessie Kervin, Cordelia Murphy, Ernestine Pinette (Teenie), Anita McElveny and Maime Theriault; one brother, Charlie Hudson; and daughter-in-law Jeannie. Remains will be resting at his home in Galloway on Thursday and Friday from one o'clock on. A prayer vigil will be held at his home on Friday at 8:30 pm., a time to share and celebrate Tommy's life. Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Rexton on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 10 am.
