AYLSWORTH, Glena Milward On Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville in her 100th year. Born in Burlington, VT on March 6, 1906 she was the daughter of the Andrew Benjamin Aylsworth and Jennie Agnes Rutherford. Due to the death of he r mother, she went to live and work for Mr. and Mrs. Austin M. Fraser of Odessa, Ontario and has remained a beloved member of the Fraser and Carr families. Miss Aylsworth was predeceased by her brother Arthur Aylesworth, and by her sisters Grace Mars hall, Gertrude Moore, Nora Aylsworth and Madelle Free. She is survived by her sister-in-law Mrs. Susie Aylesworth of Kingston, by her niece Vera O'Neill of Odessa and several other nieces, nephews and dear friends. "She lived a life of serving others : family, church and friends. She gave to several charities and used many of her talents making things for those less fortunate or those with a particular need. She had an intense interest in families and what the families were doing." Family and fri ends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Friday morning from 10 am until the time of the funeral and committal service in the Irvine Chapel at 11 a.m. A gathering will follow in the Irvine Reception Centre with private interment in Wilton Cemetery near Odessa. In remembrance, donations to Wall Street United Church, Brockville, or a charity of your choice, will be gratefully acknowledged.
