Mrs. Caroline "Carie" Theresa Lowe (née Lindemann) August 08, 1940 - October 10, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Sands Funeral Chapel (Victoria) Lowe, Caroline Theresa "Carrie" passed away peacefully in to the arms of our Lord on Monday, October 10, 2005 in Victoria, BC. Predeceased by her husband of 18 years, Alfred Froher, and her second husband, Norman Lowe; parents Stephanie and John Lindemann. Survived by son Robert(Sandra)Froher; daughter Susan(Ryan Gillott) Froher; granddaughter Ajia; Brothers Donald, Delbert (Leona), Larry(Carol), Allen; sisters Clare(Dale) and Debbie(Doug). Carrie was vivacious and passionate about life and was a true example of her faith. Her love and care for her family and all who knew her was unconditional. Her sense of humour made everyone laugh and feel comfortable. The consumate shopper, she is probably furnishing Heaven with all of her recent purchases. Memorial Service will be held at Sands Funeral Chapel, 1803 Quadra Street, Victoria, B.C. on Friday, October 14, 2005 at 10:00 am. Reception to follow in the Arbor Reception Centre. Memorial Service will also be held at Christ Lutheran Church,4825 Dewdney Ave, Regina, Saskatchewan on Friday, October 21, 2005 at 1:30pm. Flowers are greatfully declined.
