Mike Kulba October 06, 1920 - October 16, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Chapel On October 16, 2005, Mike Kulba of Edmonton passed away at the age of 85 years. Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 58 years, Josie; his children, Vivian (Tom Slater), Sharon (Jerry Busch), Maxine (Jerry Hebert), Michael and Tracy; his grandchildren, Robert, Chris, Allen, Kimberly, Wayne and Laura; and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Henriette Lesoway and brother Edward Cebeniak. He was predeceased by his son, David; his parents, Pearl and Wasyl; and his sisters, Annie, Mary, Angela, Frieda, Virginia, and Olga. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday October 20, 2005 at 2:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton, AB. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
