Heather Rose Fougere May 11, 1953 - October 15, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) FOUGERE, Heather Rose - 52, Dartmouth, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2005, at home. Born in Sheet Harbour, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Wilhelmina (VanEeten) Connors. Heather was a loving mother, sister, companion and was adored by her granddaughters. She was an employee of Universal Properties. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her long-time companion, John Thornton, Dartmouth; daughters, Sybil (Kenneth) Burke, Halifax; Melissa Fougere, Amherst; brothers, Peter (Linda) Connors, Albert (Charlotte) Connors, all of Sheet Harbour; Edward (Jean) Connors, Stewiacke; sisters, Jasmine (Garnet) Fahie, Sheet Harbour; Francis Connors, Dartmouth; granddaughters, Trisha Fougere, Mercedes LeFort, Jessica LeFort; eight nieces and five nephews. Visitation will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth. Cremation will follow. Memorial service 11 a.m. Thursday in Atlantic Funeral Home Chapel.
