BELLEAU, GERALD It is with deep sorrow that the family of Gerald Belleau announces his passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Tuesday, October 18th, 2005. Born in Walkerville, ON, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Mary (Taylor) Belleau; and husband of Norma (Nickerson) Belleau. Gerald retired from the military after 31 years of service. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital for their kindness shown him during his illness. Survived by his wife Norma; two sons, Gary of Calgary, AB, and David of Red Rock, ON; two daughters, Janice Salmon (Keith) of Fort Saint John, BC and Sandy Huntley (Russell) of Halifax, NS; eight grandchildren, Celine, Heather, Andrew, Jenna Lee, Danielle, Emily Rose, Matthew and Jessica; four sisters, Mildred, Marjorie, Rose all of Ontario and Joyce of Texas, USA; one brother, Douglas (Marilyn) of Michigan, USA. Predeceased by his parents, one brother, Nelson. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Thursday, October 20th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral Service will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, October 21st, 2005 at 2:00 pm Rev. Margie Patterson will officiate. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 93 will hold a tribute service following the funeral service in the Oromocto Chapel. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
