MORLEY, Mabel Edith With great relief and profound sorrow we announce the passing of Edith Morley on April 27, 2005 in her 89th year. Edith has lived at Rideaucrest for the past 3 years ending her life as a resident on Floor 1. She was the beloved wi fe of the late Gordon Leonard Morley, caring mother of Judith (Cecil) Neill and Susan (Paul) Cook, both of Kingston. She leaves four grandchildren, Robert Neill (Carissa), Karen Greenlees (Tim), Casey and Kelly Cook. Edith was blessed with 5 great gr andchildren; Jewel, Zachary, Cassidy, Benjamin and Riley. Edith was predeceased by her brother George Akerley. Edith was an independent woman who tackled life with great courage and determination. She was a member of Legion 560, a past president of t he Kingston Lioness Club and for many years a member of St. Thomas' Anglican Church. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Rideaucrest, whose kind, loving, professional care will forever be remembered by Edith's family. There will be a priva te interment at the McGuin Memorial Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Rideaucrest Home, Alzheimer's Society of Kingston or a charity of your choice.
