McCONVILLE, Viola M. Peacefully at Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital - Smiths Falls Site on Sunday, May 1, 2005. Viola Howes of Portland, in her 86th year. Widow of Linton McConville. Dear Mother of Bonnie and her husband Terry Sled, Pat McConvi lle (Colleen Gurnsey) and Cheryl Anne and her husband Ken Bruyere all of Portland. Dear Sister of Lillian McConville of Verona, Evelyn Calberry of Hastings, Glennis Mooney of Westbrook, Noreen Howes of Kingston, John Howes of Kingston. Predeceased by brothers, Arthur, Vernon and Robert Howes. Fondly remembered by grandchildren, Elaina Steeves, Lisa Mallette, Stephanie Leadbeater, Christina Hamilton, Carrie Hogan, Crystal, Ryan and Kelly Bruyere as well as great-grandchildren, Megan, Tyler and My kala Mallette, Harley and Dawson Hamilton, Matthew and Kaitlyn Hogan, Jesse and Bonnie Leadbeater. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment Cataraqui Cemetery, Kingston.
