EVANS, Mona Pearl (nee Wessels) Peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday, July 11, 2005 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Evans. Predeceased by her parents Pearl and Charlie Wessels, and her sister Hazel Elmy. Loving mo ther of Carolyn Wood and her husband Ron, and Rod Evans and his wife Sandy. Forever loved and sadly missed by her grandchildren Scott Wood and his wife Tracey, Sherri Wood and her husband Mike MacLean, Jennifer Wood, Christopher Evans and Allan Evans . Granny will be remembered by her great-grandchildren Owen, Bradley and Megan. Her love and profound courage will be forever cherished. In keeping with Mona's wishes, a Private Family Service will be held following cremation in the Elmwood Cemetery, Corbyville, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Lung Association or the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
