CARTWRIGHT, Moira (nee Law) Former Chief Librarian, City of Kingston Unexpectedly, following colon cancer surgery, at the Kingston General Hospital, on Thursday, August 25, 2005, at the age of 84. Moira is survived by her daughter Sheila Hart (Bill) of Nelson, BC; grandson Sean Bandiera Law of Vancouver; sister Una Woodhead (Woody) of Edmonton; nieces Sandra Woodhead-Lyons (Bob) of Edmonton and Sheena Woodhead-Froehler (Steve) of Calgary; step-children Kay and John Cartwright of Cartwright Point and John's children Diana Cartwright (Jay) and Alex Cartwright (John). A sincere expression of thanks to the KGH staff of Connell 9, Stepdown Unit for the outstanding care they provided. Cremation. A gathering of friends will be held on Sunday, Sept ember 25, 2005 from 1-4 p.m. at Moira's home with a Celebration of Moira at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand Theatre Restoration Fund, Agnes Etherington Art Centre or to the Kingston Symphony Association in Moira's mem ory.
