MacLEOD, Mary Ellen (nee MacDonald) In loving memory of Mary Ellen MacLeod (nee MacDonald), 80 years, Friday morning, October 28th, 2005 at her home. Beloved wife of Donald MacLeod of Copper Cliff. Loving daughter of John D. and Margaret (Beaton) MacDonald both predeceased. Dear sister of Margaret Lafrenier of Kirkland Lake and Mary Lavallie of B.C. Dear sister in law of Margaret MacIntyre of Hamilton and Annie of Cape Breton. Dear aunt of Dan (Sheila), Joe (Vivian), John (Jean), Mark (Leana), Ray (Linda), Nancy (Hughie) and Mary Ann (Alvin). Dear great aunt of Lori (Fern), David (Syrina), Joey, Katherine, Katie, Cara, Jordan, Jack, Michael, Evan, Erin, Eric, Cheryl, Mary Do and Albert predeceased. Sadly missed by many great great nieces and nephews and cousins. Born in Harbourview, Cape Breton, she married Donald in Sudbury in 1953. She was a devoted member of St. Stanislaus Church and a 50 years member of the C.W.L. She was a woman of great faith, active in her Catholic beliefs and a member of the Our Lady of Hope Prayer Group. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Funeral Mass in St. Stanislaus Church, Copper Cliff on Monday, October 31st, 2005 at 10 a.m. Prayers Sunday at 5 p.m. Donations to the Cancer Centre or the Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
