EASTER, Gordon Wm. In loving memory of the most wonderful father, Gordon Wm. Easter, 63 years, of Sudbury, who passed away Tuesday October 25th, 2005 at his residence. Sadly missed by Monique Easter. Beloved father of Wanda (husband Dave DeLoye), David and Cindy all of Sudbury, Jesse (partner Angel) of Ottawa and Mandy (partner Dominic) of Petawawa. Cherished grandfather of Allen, Zachary and Juliette. Dear son of Walter and Dora (Collison) Easter predeceased. Dear brother of Esther (husband Henry Strackholder) of Napanee, Marilyn of Hamilton and the late Clarence and Ruth Easter both predeceased. Special uncle to Sabrina and Kimberly. Gordon was born in Brockville and was a longtime resident of Ottawa where he drove taxi for many years. He moved to Sudbury six years ago. He was an avid Senator's Hockey fan. He enjoyed playing crib. He was devoted to his loving family, especially his precious grandchildren in whom he took great interest and pride of their activities and accomplishments. A very determined man, he will be remembered for his intelligence, generosity and good humour. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Friday, October 28th, 2005 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery.
