RYAN, Frances Wilhemina (Mina) Died at Rideaucrest Home, on Friday, September 23, 2005. Mina was born Feb. 27, 1914 in Kingston, Daughter of the late William Frederick Joseph Wiskin and his wife Ada Belle Robinson. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Pr edeceased by her brothers Charles Frederick, and James V. Wiskin, both of Kingston; sister Constance Anastasia Laverty of Yucaipa, CA. She is survived by brother Ronald Wiskin and his wife Nora, Kingston; niece Connie and her husband Bill and their d aughter Kathy Crumpacker of Yucaipa, CA; nieces Diana Howard and family of Richmond; Debbie Johnson and family of Kingston; nephews James Wiskin, Jr., and family of Collingwood; Howard Wiskin and family and Herbert Wiskin and family both of Ottawa.
