BARBOSA, Manuel At the Kingston General Hospital on Friday September 30th, 2005, Manuel died peacefully in his sleep after a long and courageous battle. Beloved husband of Maria do Ceu Afecto Mesquita, loving father of Gina Warner (Pernell), and Tony Barbosa (Dawn). Predeceased by his infant son Abilio and his granddaughter Ashley Nicole. Fondly remembered by granddaughters Tiffany, Jessica, Amy and Emma. Predeceased by his parents his father Antonio Barbosa and his mother Maria De Jesus Nunes. Dear brother of Joaquim Barbosa of Spain, Antonio Barbosa of Germany and Francisco Barbosa of Portugal, predeceased by his two brothers Jose and Adao Barbosa. Family and friends will be received at the Central Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes, 49 Colborne Street (at Clergy) on Monday between the hours of 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Rosary Prayers will be recited at the Funeral Home, Monday evening at 8:00 o'clock.
