MOORE, Charles David "Chuck" The "Merc Doctor" Is Out. Suddenly, but peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Kingston General Hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2005 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Kathleen "Kay" (nee Babcock) of Napanee. Loving father of Susan Stratford (Graham) and Gary (Wendy). Much adored "Popa" of Sara McCaugherty (Allen), Charles Stratford (Jenn), Amy Moore, Carrissa Hyatt, Katelyn Hyatt and Miranda Moore. Sadly missed by great grandchildren Sydney and Alex McCaughert y. Dear brother of Anne Coates (Ed) of Caledonia. Predeceased by his parents David Moore and Elizabeth Mellow. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home, 448 Camden Rd. at Newburgh Rd., Napanee K7R 1G1, (613-354-3722) on Thursday, O ctober 27, 2005 from 10-11 am.
