Born in Sydney, he was a son of Mae (MacArthur) Watters, Dartmouth, and the late Cecil Watters. Winston is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Joan (Murphy); son, Brian (Eleanor) and their daughter Kelsey, London, Ont.; daughters, Linda, Cathy, Vancouver, B.C.; sisters, Dolores (Stan) Lannon, Halifax; Eileen (Gil) Doggett, Karen (Michel) Laprise, Dartmouth; brother, Jim (Hazel), Stephenville, NL; several nieces and nephews.
