KASDAN, LEONARD - Passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 25, 2005. Leonard came to Canada with his wife and three children in 1972. He taught Anthropology at Dalhousie University for 19 years. Two years ago, he and his wife moved to Saint John where his son resides. He travelled widely; loved reading and being with his family, which now includes seven grandchildren. Leonard's friendship circle included people of all religions and all walks of life. He was a quiet man with a great social conscience. He is survived by his wife Donna, two daughters; Karla and Ditta, and one son Paul. Following cremation, his family will hold a private memorial service in the near future.
