Eva May Bourgeois 1927 - 2005 GRANDE-DIGUE, NB - Eva May Bourgeois, 78, of Rte 530, Grande-Digue passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on October 26, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Grande-Digue, NB, on April 21, 1927 she was the daughter of the late Evariste Hebert and the late Mélina Leger. She was a retired housewife and she attended La Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Grande-Digue. She was a member of Club d'Age D'or de Grande-Digue. Eva is survived by her husband, Léo Bourgeois; one daughter, Murielle Bourgeois (Carl Deveau) of Grande-Digue; seven sisters, Anida Leger (late Alonzo), Viola Gallant (late Alyre) both from Grande-Digue, Germaine Gagnon (Alban) of Notre-Dame, Doris Caissie (Normand), Rita Surette (late Leopold), Anette Leger (Alcide) of Grande-Digue, Bernadette Freeze (Walter) of St-Jean; five brothers, Pierre Hebert (Jeanne), Wilfred (Jeannine), Yvon (Geraldine), Laurie (Laudia), Adrien (Dora) all from Grande-Digue; two grandchildren, Serge, Glen; and one great grandchild, Emély. Resting at Coopérative Funéraire Passage Funeral Co-operative with visiting on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM til 10:30 AM. The Funeral Service will be held at La Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Grande-Digue on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 11 AM. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery. Requested by the family, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
