CHADWICK, Douglas Morton Suddenly, at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre, on Sunday, October 2, 2005 at the age of 90. Douglas Chadwick, beloved husband of Barbara Miller. Loving father of Linda Yates (Gary) and Marylou Foster (John). Grandfather of Laurie, Karen, Nathalie, Bill and Chantal. Dear brother of Lorna and June and of the late Harry. Friends are invited to assemble for visitation on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street, Ottawa. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 11 a.m. In memoriam donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. The Chadwick family wish to thank the staff of Gatineau North at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre who gave Doug such excellent care during his brief stay there.
