BIRD, Stuart Arthur. At age ninety-five, peacefully after a brief illness, at home in Knowlton, amongst friends and family at his side. Husband of the late Jean (Porter). Father to Charles of San Diego, Doug (Alice) of Vancouver and Heather (Peter) of Thetford Mines. Grandfather (Pops) to Jennifer of Bradenton and brother to Muriel (Morrisburg). Scores of friends and family from North America and overseas joined Stuart to toast his '95th' this spring. Sincere thanks to the Staff at the Manoir Lac Brome for going 'the extra mile'. A memorial service will be held at the Manoir Lac Brome, Knowlton on Tuesday, October 11 at 12 noon with condolences at 11 a.m. Reception to follow- please join us to celebrate a life well lived. In lieu of flowers a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
