GRATTON, Adelaide Constance (nee Sheppard) - Peacefully at Royal Gardens, Peterborough, on Monday, December 15, 2008 at the age of 100. Adelaide, beloved wife of the late John William Gratton. Loving mother of Beverley Meekin and the late Jim Meekin of Peterborough and predeceased by her son John Gratton. Beloved grandmother of David Meekin (Kim), Lesley Tobin (Dan), Blair Meekin (Karen), and Robert Meekin (Nicole), and great- grandmother of Keller, Riley, Amanda, Casandra, Conner, Victoria and Benjamin. Dear sister-in-law of Peggy Mathisen of Vancouver. Friends are invited to attend a Service of Remembrance at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME 'Memorial Chapel' 539 George Street N., on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Reverend John Sloan officiating.
