EL-CHAKAR, Elias Peacefully on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Layla El-Chakar. Loving father of Bechara (Micheline), Pascale (Ibrahim Hajjar), Pierre (Marlene El-Ghoussain) and Milad. Dear Grandfather of Brandon, Michel, Ralph, Sophie and Aidalena. The family will be receiving friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Rd. (1 block east of Bank St.) on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church (North River Rd.) Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
