Helen I. BILLINGS

BILLINGS, Helen I. Age ninety-eight, died peacefully at St. Brigid's Home in Quebec City on October 5, 2005. She is predeceased by her husband Dr. Howard S. Billings. Helen is survived by two daughters Ruth Billings of Montreal and Eleanor Fulks of San Diego and two sons-in-law Bernard Boisvert and Dr. Raymond Fulks. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren of San Diego. A private service will be held at Mt. Herman Cemetery in Sillery.
