AGNEW, William "Bill" Herbert P.Eng. Unexpectedly at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Saturday October 15, 2005, at the age of 82. Loving husband of Marion (nee Young). Dear father of Dianne Hurren, Leslie (Rory Gardiner), and Steve (Lynn). Proud grandfather of Bryan (Becky), Rory, Michael, Lyndsay and Denver. Bill was a graduate of Queens University in Mechanical Engineering and was the president and owner of Craig Construction Equipment for over 40 years. He was also a long time member of the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Tuesday October 18, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Wednesday in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery. For those who wish, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
