HAMPEL, Mabel Ernestine Passed away peacefully in Miramichi Lodge on Sunday, October 16, 2005 in her 87th year. Mabel Hampel (nee Hein) of Pembroke. Wife of the late Gustave Hampel. Dear mother of Ilean Cruise (husband Allan), Renfrew. Predeceased by daughters Marjorie Demers (husband Don), Mary Ann Hampel and sons Gerald, Ronald, Donald and son-in-law Ray Schruder. Grandmother to Penny Stalkie (husband Paul); Michele O'Callaghan (husband Dean); Angela Smart (husband James); Nicole Schruder; Eugene Hampel (wife Tammy); Danny Hampel and Jessie Hampel. Also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late William and Martha Hein (nee Boldt). Sister of Leslie Hein (late wife Christa) and Helen Weisenberg (late husband Eddie). Predeceased by sister Lydia Risto. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 until 4:00 and 7 until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
