KOPALEK, Emile Milan. Loving husband, father and grandfather. Peacefully at West Island Palliative Care after a long battle with cancer, October 19, 2005, at the age of sixty-eight years. Predeceased by father Klement Kopalek, mother Franic Sloboda, sister Stephie and wife Carolyn. Survived by loving sons Tim (Cindy), James and Mark (Sharon), grandchildren Kyle and Raina. Visitation Thursday October 27, 2005 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Highway 20, Pointe Claire, Quebec. Service to be held at St. John's United Church, 98 Aurora, Pointe Claire, on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory can be made to the Montreal General Palliative care unit or West Island Palliative Care Residence, 265 Andre Brunet, Kirkland, H9H 3R4.
