ADAMS, Ethel May nee Graham Peacefully, with her family at her side, on Monday, October 24, 2005, age 94 years. Ethel Graham, wife of the late Fred Adams, loving mother of Duncan (Rosemary) Adams and the late Bertha McAllister. Loving grandmother to Shannon and Wade McAllister, and Taylor, Michaela and Parker Adams. Dear sister to Marjorie (Alex) Johnson of Syracuse, NY, Hazel (Syd) Sparks of Osgoode and sister-in-law to Mert Wylie of Ottawa. Will be missed by son-in-law Ed McAllister of Kanata, nephew Edward (Mona) Adams of Ottawa, former neighbour and friend Andy Shouldice, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Dorothy Froome, Marion Sherwood, Margaret Wylie and Pearl Howe. Our sincere thanks to the staff and volunteers at the Fairfield Manor Retirement Residence in Kanata for their devotion, loving care and many considerations, to the Rev. John Bridges and the dedicated volunteers of the Seniors Out Program at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Kanata and to Alison Filteau Staff Chaplain and the wonderful nurses of the Queensway Carleton Hospital. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt on Wednesday, October 26, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 20 Young Road, off Hazeldean Road, in Kanata on October 27 at 11 a.m. Cremation. Interment later at Merivale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa would be appreciated.
