Mr. Gerald "Jake" Ellis February 23, 1949 - October 30, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Glenwood Funeral Home On Sunday, October 30, 2005 Gerald (Jake) Ellis passed away with his loving wife by his side. Jake was born February 23rd, 1949 in Edmonton to Lela and Alvin Ellis. He leaves to mourn him his loving wife of 29 years, Audrey, his sister Sheila (Dave) Robinson of Consort, Alberta, his father Alvin (Marion) Ellis of Athabasca, Alberta, his father-in-law Fred Anderson of Edmonton, sister-in-law Joanne (Cliff) Wenzel, brothers-in-law Ted and Dale Anderson all of Edmonton; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Jake was predeceased by his mother Lela, his mother-in-law May and his brother George. A celebration of Jake's life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home south of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. In lieu of floral tributes donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Diabetes Society or to the charity of one's choice
