John A. (Jack) Morgan HARVEY, NB - The passing of John Arthur (Jack) Morgan occurred at Swanhaven Adult Residential Facility, Harvey, NB, on Friday, November 4, 2005 at the age of 73. Born in Charlottetown, PEI, on October 26, 1932, he was the son of the late Rev. Horace C. and Evelyn J. (Vincent) Morgan. Jack was a member of the Baptist Church and was a graduate of the Moncton High School and Oultons Business College in Moncton. He was employed with Sumner Hardwood Company in Moncton many years ago. As a young man Jack enjoyed sports, had a keen sense of humor and had a deep love for people. He was very musical and had a beautiful tenor voice, and often would sing in the church choir. He was a beloved brother and friend, and is survived by his sister, Sadie Carlin, and her husband, Cyril of Dartmouth, NS; also a nephew, Dr. Robert C. Carlin of Montreal; and a niece, Betty Croft, and her husband, Paul, and their son, Matthew, of Dartmouth, NS. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, on Monday evening, November 7, from 7 to 9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Eugene Lanctin officiating. Interment in the Smith Cemetery, Nasonworth, NB. For those who wish to make a memorial contribution in memory of Jack may do so by donating to Mental Health NB or to a charity of your choice. The family wishes to thank the workers and caretakers at Swanhaven Adult Residential Facility for the love and tender care Jack received.
