MACKENZIE, OLIVE EDNA ROSE The death of Olive Edna Rose MacKenzie, of Fredericton, NB, wife of Sydney MacKenzie, occurred on November 7, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on October 13, 1924 in Hayesville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Wilbert and Lena (Clowater) Munn. Olive was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church, Fredericton, NB. Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Kevin John MacKenzie of Fredericton, NB; one brother, Cecil Munn (Vera) of Oromocto, NB and one sister, Dora Dunham (Vernon) of Fredericton, NB. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by five brothers, George, Eric, Fred, Wilbert Jr. and Clement Munn; and her sister, Mildred McKay. Visitation will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at First United Pentecostal Church, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 2 pm with Pastor Raymond Woodward officiating and assisted by Pastor Joseph Beesley. Interment will be held at Porter Cove Cemetery, Porter Cove, NB. For those who wish, remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
