Mr. Garth R. Ronahan April 08, 1966 - November 09, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) RONAHAN, Garth R. - 39, Dartmouth, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on November 9, 2005, in Dartmouth General Hospital with his family by his side. Born in Summerside, P.E.I., he was a son of Ron (Audrey Hayward) Ronahan, Dartmouth and Lilly (John) Hill, Summerside, P.E.I. Garth was the vice president of the family business, Ronahan Food Brokers, where he had worked for the last 20 years. Garth's passions were spending quality time with his family, work and golf. He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle (Donovan), Dartmouth; sons, Bradley and Adam, at home; brothers, Trevor (Sarah), Andrew, and sisters, Patty Champion, all of Dartmouth; Pamela (Derrick) Hillyard, Summerside, P.E.I. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, where visitation will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Atlantic Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens, Rev. Susan MacAlpine-Gillis officiating. Reception to follow. Family flowers only.
