Mrs. Lena Sambray (née Pessoti) November 13, 1912 - November 11, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Jenkens Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre Mrs. Lena Sambray (nee: Pessoti), age 92, formerly of Marks Street, passed away peacefully at Pinewood Court on Friday November 11, 2005. She was born November 13, 1912 in Fort William and attended local schools. She was a lifetime member of the Royal Purple Elks Lodge and the CWL of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Lena is survived by her nieces Joan (William) Rea, Marlene (Gary) Cline, Loraine (Richard) Everett, and Margaret Ann Agostino, nephews Robert Cerutti all of Thunder Bay and James Cerutti of Toronto. Other relatives also survive. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Sambray, parents Bortolo and Catherine Pessoti, sisters Rena Agostino and Jean Cerutti, brothers Frank and Breenie and niece Annis Diane Weaver. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Msgr. P.M. Stilla, V.G. at 11:00 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. There will be a private family interment.
