Predeceased by her husband Frederick James Cook. Beloved mother of Judith Ann Martin (David), Toni Annette Robinson (Tony), Dianne Lynn Conner (John), Jeffrey Scott Cook (Rita). Cherished grandmother of Scott (Christie), Stephen, Kelly (Sheldy) , Melissa (Kris), Alicia, Trever, Stephanie (Nick), Ashley, Kyle, Blair, Bryan, Karrie, Jamie. Great grandmother of Katie,Tyler and Kiera. Friends will be received at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home, 435 Davis Drive, on Thursday November 17th from 12:30 until the Service of Remembrance at 1 p.m. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens.
