Madalin CARRUTHERS

SHIRREFF, Madalin (Carruthers) Peacefully, at Rideaucrest Home, on November 16, 2005 Madalin, in her 91st year, was predeceased by her husband Col. William Percival Shirreff, OBE, and by her sisters, Kathleen Campbell and Natalie Sullivan, and by her brothers, John and Kenneth Carruthers. She is survived by her son, John Shirreff, and her daughter Judith Shirreff Cooke, as well as her sister, Sally (Brit) Smith. She is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Shelagh, Joanna (Frank), Timothy, Alison (William), Christopher and Patrick, and by great grandchildren, Thea, Sophie, Dylan, Maddie, Robert, Cooper and Alexander, as well as by many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation. A Memorial Service to celebrate Maddy's life will be announced at a future date.
