Jacqueline "Jackie" Carol McLaren May 05, 1945 - November 16, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Sands Funeral Chapel (Victoria) Jackie died peacefully in the presence of her family after a brief battle with cancer. Survived by her family; mother Margaret, daughter Angela, brother David, sisters Susan and Kim, as well as Gordie, Marie, Kathy, Jennifer, Grant, Courtney, Cameron, Rowan, Shaylee, and Jayden. Jackie was born in Oxford, England and came to Canada as a child. She recently traveled to Israel for what turned out to be a life-changing positive experience. The family would like to thank the staff of Victoria Hospice for their compassionate care during Jackie’s final hours and to Rabbi Harry Brechner for his support and kindness. Graveside service will be held in the Jewish Cemetery, Cedar Hill Road, on Friday, November 18, 2005 at 11:00am. Donation gratefully declined.
