Margaret Jane HILL

EAKINS; Margaret Jane Peacefully after a brief illness at Extendicare on Friday, November 18, 2005, in her 85th year. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Wendy Jane Eakins and her son Kevin Smiley Eakins, both of Kingston. She is predeceased by her parents Richard and Isabella Hill, her sister Rita Hill and her ex-husband John Smiley Eakins. Margaret was a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse for 40 years, and worked at the Sarnia General Hospital and the North York General Hospital where she was a Unit Administrator specializing in Psychiatric Nursing. The family would like to thank the PCCCF. Para Med, the VON, and her hairdresser Debbie and to extend a special thank you to Dr. Patricia O'Donnell and to the staff of Extendicare for the care that Margaret received. In keeping with Margaret's wishes, cremation will take place. A Memorial Reception will be held for all her family and friends in the Reception Centre of the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui (rear entrance) on Sunday, November 27, 2005 between the hours of 2-4 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations may to the Humane Society or to Dying with Dignity in Margaret's memory.
