COLE, Carolyn Marie, "The gates of Heaven have opened wide and gently welcome our Carolyn inside". Carolyn in her 37th year, after a courageous battle of many years entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 23rd, 2005. Beloved by all, she is the much loved daughter of Christine (Jim Wincott) of London and Bill Cole of Thorold. Dearly loved sister of Catherine (Chris Avery) of London, Theresa (Dan Sankoff) of Chatham and step-sister of Leigh (Denysia) Wincott of Edmonton, Andy (Kim) Wincott o f London and Catherine (Chris) Joldersman of Hamilton. Loving granddaughter of Elsie Duff. Dear niece of Ken Duff (Louise) and Patrick Duff (Diane) and cousin of Matt, Lee and Michael. A loved and very special aunt to Alayna, Lauren, Rachel, and Cart er. She will be missed, not to be forgotten by many other special aunts, uncles, cousins, step-nieces and nephew and hospital workers who over the years have befriended her. A special thanks to the health care staff for the care, love and compassion they have shown her during her lengthy illness. Carolyn will be resting at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. George's Roman Catholic Ch urch, 1164 Commissioners Road West, on Friday, October 28th, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the London Health Sciences Centre (Victoria Campus) Critical Care Trauma Centre or Emergency Department.
