PHIPPS, Betty Jane, Passed away suddenly at home, as the result of an accident, on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Noel "Reg" Phipps. Loving Mother of Peter and Carol. Mother to Krys-Tyna and Aubby. Dear Grandmother of C olin, Ryan and Samantha. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her cherished sister Isabel Duller and her sister-in-law Florence Phipps and their families. A Memorial Service will be held at HETHERINGTON & DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave., on Monday, October 31, 2005 at 1 p.m. Friends are invited to call from 12 o'clock until service time.
