PROPHET, E. Marjorie - At Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington on Wednesday, November 2, 2005, Marjorie Prophet, aged 79 years. Survived by her husband Jack. Dear mother of Penny Bailey of Burlington, Philip and Vicki Prophet of Vancouver Island and Shelley and Bob Bauer of St. Catharines. Grandmother of Tim, Kevin, Erin and Kari. Great-grandmother of Liam, Stephanie, Caitlyn, Cassandra, Jayden, Austin and Rebecca. Sister of Doris and Roma. Predeceased by a grandson David and by 8 siblings. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Saturday, November 5th beginning at 12:30 p.m., then a Memorial Service will follow at 1:30 p.m. If desired, memorial donations to Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Though “thank you“ seems inadequate, thank you to the Joseph Brant staff in ER, 3 South Day Unit, 3 East Surgical Unit and especially 4 East and all the volunteers who made our mother's journey peaceful. Also to Dr. Pierce, Dr. Knight, Dr. Love, Dr. Foster, Sue Clarkson and to all our friends (21st St. Louth) and family who made the journey wonder. - 11/3/2005 - ID7343509
