Patricia Margaret LISK

SWANN, Patricia Margaret (Lisk), in her 78th year, passed away November 7, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Survived by her husband of 58 years, Ian; lovingly remembered by her children Jim (Sandy) Swann, Ianna (Warren) Polos and Donnie (Larry) Cox; and by her grandchildren Christopher, Cameron, Craig and Courtney Swann, Jeni and Jane Cox, and Ian Polos. Her presence, her energy and her spirit will be greatly missed; however, her love and her positive influence on her extended family will endure. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at Grantham United Church, 415 Linwell Road, St. Catharines, Ontario. Family visitation will occur following the service in the church hall. The family extends their thanks to all those who have cared so well for Pat in the last few years.
