BALTJES, Opal Dawn - At her residence in Wainfleet with her family at her side on Wednesday, November 9, 2005. Opal Dawn Baltjes (Beroud) in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Jelle (Beany) Baltjes. Dear mother of Scott Baltjes, Cheryl and her husband Kevin Bates and Rosilee and her husband Greg Potter. Dear sister to Raymond, Ruby, Randy, Donald, Darlene, James and Shirley. Dear daughter of Laurel McNeil and step-daughter of Barbara Beroud. Opal was an active member of Forks Road United Church and sang in the choir, The Wainfleet Library Guild, Wainfleet Historical Society, Wainfleet Fair Board and a volunteer for the Marshville Heritage Festival. Resting at THE LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for visitation on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Morgan's Point United Church on Monday, November 14th at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Morgan's Point Cemetery to follow.
