SMOOR, Gerrit - At Albright Manor on Thursday, November 17, 2005 in his 97th year. Beloved husband of Elisabet. Dear father of Koos (Marianne), Tine (Cor), Frans (JoAnn), Jette (Gord), Ole, and Hugo (Megan). Opa and grandfather of Michael (Karen), Ellen (Michael), Mark (Vivien), Pamela, Christian, Kai, Will, Cody, and Catharine. Great grandfather of Miranda, Nicolas and the new baby girl. Also survived by three sisters in the Netherlands. He was predeceased by his first wife Toos (1970), three brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends at the Downtown Chapel of BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 33 Duke St. (at James) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
