GONSCHIOR, Heinz Maximillian - Passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family after a sudden illness on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2005. Loving husband of Monika Agnes and devoted father of Renata Plemmons, Thomas and Michael and father-in-law of Linda and Jennifer. Opa to Ashley and her husband Bud Cooper, Jeremy Plemmons, Chris Tait, Victoria Gonschior, Christopher Gonschior and the late Nicholas and Jacob Gonschior. Brother to Annelies Winter, Doris Aichwalder, Ursula Niejadlik, Inge Hatala, Klaus Gonschior and deceased sister Gerda Jaeger. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. “Mr. Heinz“ was adored by all the children on the school bus he drove after his retirement from grape farming and General Motors. Heinz's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy without Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 26th at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
