Thelma Imogene Barton The death of Thelma Imogene Barton of Moncton, formerly of Minto occurred Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at the Westford Nursing Home, Port Elgin, NB. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Trueman and Stella (Watson) Hope. The last surviving member of her immediate family, Thelma is survived by her son, Mitchell Hope (Kathy) of Logan Lake, BC and several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Norman Barton and three brothers, Spurgeon, Ronald and Royce predeceased her. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) where funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, November 25, 2005 with Pastor Kaj Binderup officiating. Interment will take place in the United Baptist Cemetery, Minto. [Times & Transcript]
