Allen Holden FISHER

FISHER, ALLEN HOLDEN The death of Allen Holden Fisher, husband of Joyce Evelyn (Cass) Fisher, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on November 23, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on October 4, 1925 in Fredericton, NB he was a son of the late Ted and Eva (Rideout) Fisher. Allen was an Accountant for CFNB Radio. He was a member of the Nashwaaksis United Church, and the Nashwaaksis Lions Club. Allen enjoyed bowling, reading and stamp collecting. Allen was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Wendy Carr (Theodore) of Harrow, ON and Catherine Shepard (Allen), of Burtt's Corner, NB; four grandchildren, Wandalee Shepard (Charles Courrier) of Moncton, NB, Michelle Shepard (Wayne Gload) of Fredericton, NB, Laura Morin (Michel) of Windsor, ON and Rob Carr of Harrow, ON; three great-grandchildren, Robyn, Ryan and Regan and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Charles Fisher; his sister Marjorie McKay and his twin sister, Betty Fletcher. A private family memorial service will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.
