Mrs. Joan Pamela Murphy (née Till) September 16, 1926 - November 23, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Salon Funéraire Armstrong-Rideau / Armstrong-Rideau Funeral Home Passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at Mount Siani Hospital at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of the late James Murphy. Loving mother of Carol, Linda (Dave), and Peter. Cherished grandmother of Richard, and great grandmother of Gage and Kaitlyn. Caring sister of Peter (Barbara). She will be lovingly remembered by her numerous family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005 from 12-1 p.m. at the Armstrong-Rideau Funeral Home 1640 Cote-Vertu, Ville St.Laurent, 514-331-1104. A funeral service will be celebrated in the Chapel of the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
