Gordon Lewery February 25, 1909 - November 24, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Chapel Lawn Funeral Home Peacefully in his sleep at Riverview Health Centre on Thursday, November 24, 2005 at the age of 96, Gordon passed away. Gordon was predeceased by his wife Kathleen Winifred Mary, December 11, 1983. Gordon is survived by his only daughter Lucy Couture (Rod); brothers Gerald and Malcolm of St. Felix de Valois, Quebec. Grandpa is loving remembered by granddaughter Caroline Malzahn (James); grandson Andrew Hisco (Alexandra) of Bad Leibenzell, Germany. Gramps will also be fondly remembered by his great grandchildren, Jamie and Colin McDonald, Terran and Sophia Malzahn, Erik and Kathleen Hisco. The family wishes to thank Riverview Health Centre for its exceptional care of our dad and grandfather for the last many years. Special thanks to nurses Crystal and Mona for their compassion and devotion. These truly are exceptional human beings. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Riverview Health Care Foundation, 1 Morley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3L 9Z9. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
