OBITUARY Lawrence Davies (Lawrie) Peacefully at Chateau du Lac Residence on October 29, 2005 at the age of eighty-eight. Lawrie will be sadly missed by his sister Nancy and brother-in-law Cliff Pike of Pontypridd, South Wales, his long-time friends Peggy and Johnny Maloney of Montreal and Mrs. Evelyn Mullins and family. A visitation and prayer service will be held at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Thursday, November 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. A special thanks to Pat and the staff of Chateau du Lac Residence. Lawrie was a virtuoso musician who played the violin, clarinet and saxophone at most social events of the past many years in Montreal.
