BECKSTEAD, Freeman Unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 2, 2005, Freeman Beckstead of R.R. #3 Chesterville, age 82. Loving husband of the late Elsie Beckstead (nee Challen) for over 60 years. Dear father of Carol Irven (Richard Wagner) of R.R. # 1 Morrisburg, Dale (Donna) of R.R. # 1 Chesterville, Lois Beckstead of Chesterville, Lorne (Jeannie) of R.R. # 2 Lunenburg and Sue (David) Chambers of R.R. # 3 Chesterville. Dear brother of Kenneth (Betty) Beckstead of Williamsburg. Freeman will be fondly remembered by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Doug and a grandson Wayne. At Freeman's request there will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A graveside interment of cremated remains will be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Chesterville, on Monday, November 7th at 11 a.m. Donations to the charity of your choice would be gratefully adknowledged by the family.
