Vernon Joshua SMITH

SMITH, Vernon Joshua Vern Smith, age 65, beloved husband and best friend of Gail has gone to be with the Lord. He passed away peacefully at home with Gail at his side on Monday, October 31, 2005. He will be fondly remembered by his children Patty (Doug), Scott (Marivic), Neil (Valerie), JoAnn (Carlos), Ginger (John) and Leslie (Jodi); grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Vern will be sadly missed by brothers John and Walter, sisters FayeAnn and Eunice, brother-in-law Stephen (Bev) and many friends. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 11/5/2005
